The influence of Talent Development model on Workplace Adaptation among Malaysian professional returnees.

Greetings Sir/Madam,
I am a Ph.D. candidate, Department of Professional Development and Continuing Education, Faculty of Educational Studies, UPM. I am currently undertaking research on “The influences of Talent Development Environment model on Workplace Adaptation as mediated by Institutional Support among Malaysian Professional Returnees”. The research aims to gain primary data from Malaysian professional returnees on their workplace adaptation. This study is cover three main components such as individual-related factors, organisational-related and environmental-related factors. This research is a partial fulfillment of the requirement for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. I would be grateful if you would contribute by completing this anonymous questionnaire.
