Email reminders can be sent using the Send Emails feature.
Select the send email screen, then:
- The survey to send reminders to.
- The email list that contains
the participants who have not responded.
- The email template.
- The email server to use (Yours
Choose the 'Not responded' option followed by the send email
This will send reminders to all contacts who did not respond
in This email list only. If
you have contacts in other email lists that you wish to send reminders
to you will have to repeat this process and select that Email list.
