Errors shown whilst taking surveys.
|101||Invalid link||This error message is show if the link to the survey is incomplete or corrupted. This can be caused by some email software truncating links.|
|102||This page does not exist.||The survey has been deleted.|
|103||This email invitation has been used.
You may only answer once per email invitation.
|Tracked invitations sent from eSurv.org email center can only be used once. This is because email address is tracked one to one with a survey result set.|
|104||You can only answer once from this IP address.||IP address blocking has been
switched on is the survey settings area. This will block multiple
responses from the same network.
If you do not want to see this message switch off the 'Block duplicate responses using IP address' option in the survey settings area.
|105||Corrupt link||The link to the survey has become corrupt. Please generate a new link from the launch center.|
|106||This response has been deleted||This message is show if your are taking a multiple page survey and your response is delete whilst you are taking the survey.|
|107||Invitation has been deleted||This message is shown when you are trying to use an email invitation that has been deleted.|
|108||Survey has not begun||This message is shown when the survey launch date has not been reached. The survey launch date can be adjusted in the survey settings area.|
|109||Survey has ended||This message is shown when the survey finish date has been exceeded. The survey launch date can be adjusted in the survey settings area.|
|110||Survey is closed||This is shown when the survey is closed. You can open and close the survey from the survey settings area.|
|111||Error processing form. Please try again||This is shown if the page has not been submitted correctly. This is caused by an unreliable Internet connection or by using an out of date browser.|
|112||Survey has been taken. Editing is not permitted||Obsolete - This message is not shown|
|113||This survey is by invitation only. Please use a valid email link||
This message is shown when the 'Allow email invitations only' option has been set in the survey settings area. When this settings has been selected, only responses from tracked email invitations are allowed.
|114||You have submitted this form and
your answers have been stored
This message can be caused by using the back button or double clicking
|115||This survey has reached the maximum number of responses allowed by the quota.||A response quota can be set in the survey settings area. This message is shown when the quota in the settings area has been exceeded.|
|116||This survey has been set to allow one response per PC.||This message is shown if the 'Take survey once, then block access' option has been selected. If you do not want this message shown then select the 'Take survey many times' option.|
